Alan, a service tech, came out to my elderly neighbors home, determined the problem with his furnace (unfixable and showed me the problem) and arranged to get and install a new unit in less than 24 hours. My neighbor and I couldn’t be more impressed and happier with Alan and the company, Thank You

Allen hooks (A&JRoofing Manager)I called at 8:18 am and talked with Julia. She asked me if I would be available to be at the home and I said yes because I work nights. Almost immediately she said that she would have some one here within the hour so we could figure this out so I could get some sleep after working all night. By 9:30 I had a price and confirmation that they had the fan motor for my outside unit. By 10:30 they were back to put it in and by 11:30 my house was feeling great.
